Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is captured at the time of purchase through Stripe. Promotional codes cannot be combined, may be withdrawn at any time and have no cash value.

Delivery timelines are set out in our shipping policy, and refunds are governed by our returns policy and the 90-day money-back guarantee. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Vitrexo products are fitness and wellness equipment. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your physician or physical therapist before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or managing a joint, balance or cardiovascular condition. You use the board at your own risk, on a stable non-slip surface, within the stated weight limit. Results vary between individuals.

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape or overload our systems, resell our products as new without written permission, or copy our photography, copy or brand assets. All content on this site is owned by Vitrexo LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Customer reviews reflect individual experience and are not a promise of results. By submitting a review, photo or video you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitrexo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Products are otherwise provided without warranties beyond those stated in our returns and warranty policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@vitrexo.us so we can attempt to resolve it directly — most issues are settled within a few emails.
