Privacy policy

• Order information — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the items you purchased.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Vitrexo never sees or stores your full card number; we only receive a token, the card brand and the last four digits.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate location from your IP address, and referring site.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email or phone.

To process and ship your order, send order and delivery notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud and chargebacks, comply with tax and accounting law, and — where permitted — send marketing emails and measure advertising performance.

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with service providers who work on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Shopify (order and customer records), our shipping carriers, our email provider, and analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta. Each is bound to use the data only to deliver their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, plus analytics and advertising cookies and pixels to understand which pages and ads work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser or device controls. Blocking necessary cookies will break checkout.

Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of your data, and appeal a decision. Email support@vitrexo.us with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional emails about an order you placed cannot be switched off.

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy US tax and accounting requirements; marketing contacts are removed on request. All traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS, and payment data is handled inside Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 environment.

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
