Returns & refunds

Train on your Vitrexo board for up to 90 days from the delivery date. If your ankles, calves or knees do not feel better, email us and we will refund the full purchase price. Used boards are accepted — grip wear and scuffs are expected and are not a reason for us to refuse a refund.

1. Email support@vitrexo.us with your order number and a sentence about what did not work.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid US return label.
3. Repack the board (the original box is ideal but not required), attach the label and drop it at any carrier location.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return scanning at our warehouse. Your bank typically posts it in another 3–5 business days. We refund the product total and any tax collected; the original express shipping upgrade, if you chose one, is non-refundable.

Want to move from the Essential to the Duo or Pro 2.0? Email us and we will send the upgrade and invoice only the price difference — no need to return the first board before the replacement ships.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong bundle, send photos within 14 days of delivery. We ship a correct replacement immediately and you keep or recycle the damaged item — no return needed.

Every Vitrexo board carries a 2-year warranty against cracking, delamination and hardware failure under normal home use. The warranty covers repair or replacement and does not cover grip-tape wear, cosmetic marks, commercial gym use or loads above the stated weight limit.

Digital bonuses such as the Mobility Blueprint ebook cannot be returned, but they never reduce a refund — keep them either way.
